Here are the most frequently asked questions answered for you
Frequently Asked Questions
What does production cost?
In order to give you a binding price, I first need all the information related to your costume.
This includes all ideas, desired materials, quantity and type of trim (rhinestones etc.) and your measurements.
Therefore, I can only give you a price after the design phase and our measurement appointment.
For orientation:
The more elaborate a costume, the more expensive it is. In other words, dyeing techniques and rhinestones significantly influence the price.
How long does production take?
The production time always depends on the quantity of the product and its type. For a one-off production, the total time (inquiry-shipping) is around 70 hours with normal effort.
However, this time estimate only partially corresponds to reality.
For an individual costume, you should plan on 3 months. This time increases depending on the quantity. Group costumes cannot be made in less than 6 months.
"Good things take time"
In other words, a well-planned costume takes time. This is the only way we can guarantee you an optimal result.

How do I clean my costume?
Your costume can only be cleaned by hand washing.
If possible, you should clean it after every second competition at the latest. Between cleanings, store it in a dry place in an air-permeable protective bag.
Important - Always air out the costume and let it dry beforehand. Avoid deodorant, creams or perfume. Stones can be easily cleaned with alcohol wipes.
Use a sink or bathtub. Run lukewarm water (not colder or warmer than 25 degrees). Put your costume in the water. Add a maximum of one teaspoon of mild detergent and a color catcher cloth to the water. Now leave the costume in the water for a while (max. 5-10 minutes). Then move the costume gently and squeeze it out in places such as under the arms. Never wring or rub. Then take it out of the water and squeeze out the moisture with light pressure. Then place it on a large terry towel. Now roll it up from one side. Ask someone for help and now wring out the costume using the opposite movement. Then hang it on a hanger in a well-ventilated place. Never put it directly in the sun. The costume will be ready for use in no time.
